1. Assist Senior Accountants in designing and preparing in-house training materials and curriculums for junior or entry-level accountants of the company; Arrange and host in-house training events, seminars, webinars with the help of Senior Accountants at the Company; 

2. Counsel junior accountants or entry-level staff accountant to help them understand the educational purposes from the in-house trainings and to overcome any difficulties they might have; 

3. Assist Senior Accountants in designing and preparing tax and accounting related in-personal or on-line courses; Collaborate with Senior Accountants to provide such courses to company’s clients or to the public; 

4. Prepare questionnaire, surveys regarding above courses and receive feedbacks from the audience and identify the trends in relating to new tax rules and accounting related topics.
